I took the family to see the latest Mission Impossible movie. It was quite entertaining. However, one of my favorite parts of the movie, wasn’t actually in the movie, it was the Zoolander II trailer which had me and the rest of the theater chuckling, well after it ended.

Since leaving the movie theater, I’ve probably watched the this particular trailer at least 15 times now. My wife, the kids, I have all played it on our mobile devices a few time, and the kids have been repeating their favorite lines all weekend.

What makes this trailer so interesting to me, is the fact that it builds up an epic climax, using the voice of Stephen Hawking along with some awesome visuals. Only to lead into a the Derek Zoolander giving his best “blue steel” pose, and a conversation with Stephen Hawking’s computerized voice. Weird, right?

Anyways, I’m not excited so much about the Zoolander II movie, as I am about the next Star Wars VII movie. I can’t wait for that, luckily it’s supposed to to be released December 18, 2015. Which is not too far off, actually.
