At Event Espresso, the reality of the pandemic’s implications quickly set in. Our entire business model was built around facilitating live gatherings, which suddenly had become impossible.

We knew that to survive, we had to adapt. My business partner, Garth, and I spent countless hours brainstorming, strategizing, and planning our response. We realized that the world needed connection more than ever, even if it had to be virtual.
